SOUTHBANK PHOTO TOUR

On all of these London photo tours, your tutor David Still will provide you with expert guidance on all aspects of photography, including exposure and artistic composition. This is an opportunity to increase your photographic abilities by asking the professional everything you need to know while actively participating.

We start our photo tour at St Pauls Cathedral shooting this 300 year old iconic building. We cross the famous Millennium Bridge and make our way past the Tate Modern, the modern reconstruction of the 16th century Shakespearian Globe and Southwark Cathedral to arrive at the bustling Borough Market.  From London Bridge we will capture the HMS Belfast ship in front of Tower Bridge before passing City Hall then crossing Tower Bridge to St Katherines Docks where we will see Thames sailing barges and then Tower of London  (Her Majesty’s Royal Palace and Fortress) on the north bank of the River Thames. In London’s financial district we will capture the skyscraper called the Gherkin then arrive at the famous Victorian market of Leadenhall where the Harry Potter movie was filmed. Leadenhall that is famous for its painted maroon, cream and green colour scheme, ornate roof structure and cobbled floors. Our photo tour will finish at Monument.
